How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 6-8 working days depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the product. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India the delivery may take up to 10 working days.
Are there any additional shipping charges?
We provide free shipping on all Prepaid Orders. For all cash on delivery orders, we charge Rs 99 as Cash on Delivery charges. Currently, we are providing only prepaid orders.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email and SMS will be sent with a tracking code and link. It you have any confusion you can email to us.
Which courier companies used to deliver the product?
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and EcomExpress on the pincode.
What will happen in case when tracking details show product delivered but customer has not received it?
It is a rare case as majority of the time the product is received by family members, neighbors, flat mates or is delivered to the office mail room. In genuine cases we will refund full amount to the customer after we have done proper investigation of the case which takes 10 working days.
If you get the order delivered notification and you have not received the product then please let us know within 48 hours of the notification received. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and will resolve the issue. Post the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take the action and we will not be liable to any losses.

Exchange & Return Policy:
- Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within 7 days of delivery.
- In case of a size issue or the wrong product received, you can raise the exchange request within seven days of delivery of the product (including the day of delivery).
- We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges and we can arrange the reverse pickup.
- If the value of the new exchange product is higher then there will be extra charges (difference in the amount of product). It needs to be paid online.
- The products must have the original sticker label attached, should be folded properly and should be packed properly so that it is not damaged in transit. Without it, the exchange will not be processed.
- We do refunds only in genuine cases of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, you have to send an email to our customer support executives along with the details of the order, the nature of the issues, and photographs of the defective product.
- In some exceptional case if return is accepted (no delivery issue and correct order delivered) then Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund. The amount deducted is for the reverse pickup service provided, because the cost of logistics have significantly increases in the recent times.
- The refund will be provided in the form of a store coupon code that you can use at hipnhoneystores.com to order a new product.
- The store coupon code will be provided within 24 hours after the refund request is accepted.
- Also, do note that the color of the T-shirt and design may slightly vary from the ones displayed on our website, social media pages and ads.
- Returns and refunds are not possible if there is a slight variation in the color or design of the product delivered.
- Also, in the event, on our verification, it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then we will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.
- Do not accept the damaged package at the time of delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for it.
- Exchange/Return requests will only be processed once per order.
- Any Product Used/Washed Once Cannot be Exchanged or Refunded.
- You can cancel your order within 6 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order enters the processing phase and it is difficult for us to cancel the order. If the request for cancellation is raised after 6 hours Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund amount provided that the order is not shipped. And if the order is shipped and then is rejected at the time of delivery in that case also Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount is deducted because of the shipping changes and the processing charges incurred by us. The amount will be returned through upi, gpay or bank transfer in 4-5 working days.
- Cash on Delivery Charge is not refundable. In case if COD amount is not charged then it Rs 99 will be deducted from the refund amount.
- We have right to charge extra for reverse pickup Rs 150/500gms. It can be charged online or can be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any product bought during the sale or with a discount code will not be eligible for a refund.
- Free exchange on Size issues but no Refund on Size issues.
- In case the customer rejects the product at the time of delivery Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund. The amount is deducted as we have to bear the cost of shipping and return shipping.
