What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay as payment getaway for secure trannsactions. We accept UPI, PayTM, PhonePe, VISA, MasterCard, Diner, RuPay and NetBanking among others. We do not accept cash on delivery.
When will I receive my order?
We ship the products in 2-3 working days
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 6-8 working days depending on shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.). In some rare cases, it might take 2 weeks depending upon the availability of the product. In parts of Jammu Kashmir and North East India the delivery may take up to 10 working days.
All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and EcomExpress.
We send regular updates via email regarding the product delivery.
What if the product doesn't fit me?
We provide easy exchange in case the product doesn't fit you properly. Contact us at support@hipnhoneystore.com.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
Chances of receiving defective item is very rare as all our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them.
In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at support@hipnhoneystore.com and we will replace the defective product.
What do I do if I never received my order?
We send regular updates via email regarding the product delivery. If it gets stuck or never gets delivered to you, please contact our support.
If you get the order delivered notification and you have not received the product then please let us know within 48 hours of the notification received. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and will resolve the issue. Post the mentioned timeline, it will be difficult for us to take the action and we will not be liable to any losses.
